Archivo Sonoro Latino is growing slowly, intentionally, and through community.
What began as a personal effort to document Latin American vinyl records, sleeve design, liner notes, and musical memory is becoming something larger: a living archive shaped by the people who carry these histories with them.
If you have stories connected to records, family photos, scans, flyers, collections, radio memories, graphic design ephemera, or music histories tied to Latin America and its diaspora, I’d love to hear from you.
This archive is interested not only in preserving records themselves, but the memories, migration stories, gatherings, and cultural histories carried through music.

You can now contribute materials, stories, and information directly through the archive submission form here.
Whether it’s a treasured LP from your parents, a neighborhood flyer, or memories tied to a song that shaped your life, your contribution matters.
Community memory deserves preservation.
