What is your return policy for online purchases on enlasnubes.space?

Due to the nature of our products, most sales are final. Many items sold through enlasnubes are vintage, pre-owned, limited, or curated specifically for each order. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with vintage or pre-owned items

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective (e.g., vinyl that is warped or unplayable)
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, enlasnubes may offer:

  • Another 45 vinyl record, and/or
  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Pre-Owned / Vintage Vinyl Records

All vinyl records sold on enlasnubes.space are pre-owned or vintage unless otherwise stated and are visually graded and described to the best of our ability.

Because of the nature of vintage records:

  • Light surface noise, sleeve wear, edge wear, or aging is normal
  • Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for a return or refund

We do not accept returns or issue partial refunds for cosmetic wear.

If a record arrives defective in a way that affects playback (for example: severe warping or consistent skipping), please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to assist.

Bundle Boxes (Curated / Ritual Bundles)

All bundle boxes are final sale.

Bundle boxes are curated selections and may include:

  • Vinyl records
  • Botanica or ritual items
  • Printed or archival materials

Contents may vary slightly from photos or descriptions due to availability. This variation is intentional and does not qualify for a return or refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, enlasnubes is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.
